Pat W. Posted July 19, 2007 Report Share Posted July 19, 2007 I just wanted to post quickly that I spoke with my vet a couple of minutes ago and they said Ashe came through just fine. He is still recovering for the anesthiesia, it may take a while due to his age. I am glad its over! Thank you everyone for you kind thoughts and strength sent through the web and a special thank you to Bustopher Jones and that wonderful prayer. Posted July 20, 2007 Author Report Share Posted July 20, 2007 Ashe came home last night, poor old man was still out in la la land, although he did perk up when I took the other 3 to play, he wanted to come too the spirit was willing but the flesh was very confused. This morning he was back to his old self trundling up and down the stairs and asking to be helped up on the bed, where he asserted his authority by starting a barking free for all until everyone else, less my husband was off the bed.
