MaggieDog
Ta Da!!!! Ziva is now Stardog's Can't Take the Sky, CGC! The LLW section gave us some troubles, but we squeaked by and she did do very nicely on all the other tests. She practically turned into a puddle of puppy goo when the evaluator was petting her! As a bonus, I helped clean up and she got to show off her rockin' stay - 30 feet from me with myself and 2 others moving chairs and tables and completely ignoring her! Just had to share our success. ShoresDog
Congratulations, Erin and Ziva! ... and if LLW stands for loose leash walking (?), that is definitely a hard thing for a young dog in an exciting environment, according to Daisy and Juno. MaggieDog
Thanks guys! We're pretty happy ourselves. And yes, LLW is short for loose leash walking - we don't work on it much since I really don't care if her leash is "loose" as long as she's not pulling too hard. We had a quick training session a few hours prior as a refresher and I think that's what helped us squeak by. I was little worried about the neutral dog section since she loves other animals, but she did fabulously - completely ignored him like a pro! Bo Peep
Congrats!! I had that on 2 of my older dogs and it does help you if you need a hotel room or to get into an apartment or something. It's a real accomplishment.
