ashbyga
Where can I purchase trained border collies for the purpuse of chasing away geese off of a huge lawn? Also, where can I get trianing for a handler to handle this dog?

Pipedream Farm
Another option is to hire a service to do the goose work for you. Mark
jazzysmom
I'm getting in kind of late on this one. But have you thought of this option? http://birdstrike.bcrescue.org/strikeprogram.html
sea4th
Considered that option? No way---nor would I suggest it to anyone else either. Vicki
kaos
why not vickie?
sea4th
It's not my intention to be mysterious or anything, but sometimes it's not so much what is said, than what is not said, especially on the internet. IOW, let the buyer beware. Vicki
kaos
Ummmmm, I'm still not following you to any sound or discriminating factors to not look at the sight as viable. What isn't being said? what are you suspicious of? They seem to be fairly honest about the dogs limitations and behavioral tendencies..... what do you think they are holding back? or is this a breeder Vs rescue preference thing? sara
Margaret M Wheeler
Yes, it's totally unfair to keep us on pins and needles like this. C'mon dish the dirt on goose doggin rescuers!
Denise Wall
I'll second that it's not a reputable place. This is pretty common knowledge. If you want to know more from me, sorry, you'll have to find out yourself. The internet is no place to discuss the specifics of such things IMHO. Margaret M Wheeler
Good point. Why be specific when innuendo serves?
brookcove
Because of legal considerations and trust me that applies in this case.

Northof49
Because of legal considerations and trust me that applies in this case. ________________________________________________ Rebecaa - no kidding! For some reason I had thought that place was no longer functioning. To bad.

sea4th
Jazzy's mom, Please don't apologize. Hopefully someone learned from your post, although not in the way you expected. Thank you. Vicki
