Shoofly
Terry, if you can make it, there will be a clinic this weekend as we wait for the Gin/Tucker whelping!
Sue R
Clinic? What clinic? Do you accept novices? Why am I always the last to know anything? Sam said I could come over on Friday if "she's not tied up" with the whelping.
Shoofly
Yes, a clinic in hand holding. Novices only. Real world experience for all!
Valhalla
Andrea / Terry - Not sure who Dodie's Cap is out of. Alasdair also ran a Ben son in the Nursery Finals named Ted that Karen Lacy bought from David Henry. Ted's dam is a farm bitch in Texas. I'm sure Emil will or has bred Ben again. tucknjill
Friend, who said ANYTHING about friend???!!! Well the whelpomatic is in place hardly seems worth it for ONE puppy...damn I hope there is another hiding in there...Mark (oh friend of mine) definately put me on the list for Peg now..sigh. Sue R
Poor Gin - she's going to have more helpers for fewer puppies expected, than any bitch every has had! Oh, wait, all the helpers are for Sam, not Gin. I forgot who really will need the assitance. We'll be there for you, Sam. Which two of us get to hold your hands? Don't tell me that two more of us get to hold your feet - there's a limit to what even I will do to see your Gin's pup(s) born.
Valhalla
Sam, Gin is only having one puppy?? Is this true? So sorry to hear that, but at least you know you'll have one Tucker pup for the 2007 Nursery Finals! I'm taking Bess to be unltrasounded this week - pray I have better luck!

Not quite the same as the last time you used the whelpomatic! Keeping my fingers crossed for a hidden puppy...
Shoofly
I was keeping quiet on the one puppy thing hoping maybe it would turn into 2... One pup will hardly make for the whelping party we had for Dhu - pizza and maragaritas for the whole gang and Dhu popped out 8 pups like a machine. She was quite the pro! Sue, if there's any more talk of holding feet, i'm going to be finding a hotel room for the weekend! Have you seen those monsters, come on! Christine, when are you going? I'm keeping fingers crossed. Pipedream Farm
...sigh...I'll never catch up now. Poor Bette made herself lame this morning. She decided to try the straight at the sheep approach to get them off the fence instead of going around. She'll be fine, just needs to rest. Good luck Christine! Sam, as I said before, when Sarr was x-rayed they said she was having 5 pups when she was really carrying 7. Renee
tucknjill
Gosh I sure hope so...even two would be better than one..I just want the poor buggar to have some littermates you know??? Course if it is just one, I could let it sleep in the bed straight away! Gin is now very tired of me manipulating her belly trying to find additional lumps...Poor mummy dog.
