Rocket's Buddy Posted June 7, 2012 Report Share Posted June 7, 2012 Rocket wonders if he is a Border Collie. He was adopted from the Irvine, CA Animal Shelter. He weighed 17.5 pounds at 4 months, and is a little over 20 pounds now at 6 months (18 inches at the back). He has incredible energy and speed (hence the name). There looks to be a thinking mind behind those eyes. We had a Rocket also. He was named that after we had a previous dog named Jett, and one in between called Eagle. Very best wishes to you both! From his looks, I'm thinking he could be all or mostly border collie. At least there's nothing about his looks that would make me think he isn't, and if he's very energetic, Rocket may well be one.
