check at your health food store, they should have vit e tablets/caplets or oil; too much selenium is very bad...

OK, thanks! Now, what's "too much"? The recipe calls for 10K IU of E and there is 100 IU of Selenium in 400 IU of the E.

 

I may have found a place with plain E too though!
