Vickkers
I am looking for a herding instructor in the Raleigh area. My kids have had several herding lessons (and we even successfully penned some sheep at our last lesson) but I have the most difficult time getting up with the instructor and getting sessions scheduled and it's an hour and a half drive each way. I like our instructor a lot and she's a good teacher but being ignored when I request lessons makes me feel like we're not wanted as clients and I'd rather find an instructor who would like our business. Any suggestions?

Jack & Co.
Rural Hill is lots of fun, Vickki, bring the whole family. Hay rides, kettle corn, beautiful countryside...everything you need on a crisp fall day!
galwaygirl
I am also in Raleigh and have done some looking for local instructors. I'm planning on going to this trial to meet some folks.
juliepoudrier
The problem is that there are no USBCHA type instructors in the immediate Raleigh area. You will need to look a bit further afield, unfortunately. J.
KathyF
Robin French, aka shoofly here, is maybe about an hour from Raleigh. She would be someone to contact. I don't think that 1 hour is that far of a drive. Kathy
