jvw
I've been checking the website all morning. I fly out Friday night. I'm so excited I can barely sleep at night!!! Geeez, and I'm not even running a dog. My Seamus is the last Nursery dog to run next week. Monday will be a looooong day. Jennifer
Jennifer Glen
Good luck Jennifer!! You'll do fine. Jenny Glen
jvw
Thanks Jenny. I'm not worried about me too much. I'm just anxious in an excited way. Kate Ash is running Seamus. She was a nervous wreck before they even left two weeks ago. I can only imagine how she'll be waiting all day Monday to run. At least her open runs will be done. Overlook
hey robin--what is the total possible score? d
Shoofly
I would think 200. O 20 L 10 F 20 Dr 30 P 10 S 10 with 2 judges. I think they only do one shed the first round but i could be wrong about that. I only remember one when i ran Spottie.
TotallyTerry
Okay, it is 3:30 Michigan time. When I go to the USBCHA website, there are no nursery or open scores posted. I hit the refresh button and still just names without scores. Am I doing something wrong?

Overlook
hey Terry--- I had done that once too---then realized there was actually a "results" listing below the running order on the opening page..maybe you did the same? they seem to be updating fairly frequently...wished i was there--but at least we can keep up! Jennifer Glen
I talked to Scott briefly today and he said that the sheep are really tough. Jenny Glen
Debbie Crowder-BaaramuLuke
Wow, Julie! Quite respectable! Now you can relax a bit!
juliepoudrier
Hey everybody, Thanks Debbie. Just a quick note. When I left the field at around 11:20 today the cut-off for the semi-finals was at 118. It had changed rather rapidly from 113 to 118 this morning, so I expect it will end up in the mid 120s before the day is out. I am proud of my girl--all mistakes made were certainly mine (missed fetch panels at the last second, missed drive away panels, and timed out before the pen--okay that last wasn't really my fault, but the missed panels sure were)! No one is having an easy time of it, that's for sure! Gotta get back over there--exhaust duty beckons. J.
sasten
Well you better be proud of both of you! (We all are.) You did a fantastic job - even handling those sheep and staying on the field seems to be quite an accomplishment, they're dropping like flies! Good job Julie and Twist! Sue R
Congrats to you, Julie, and the wonderful Twist!!!
Rebecca, Irena Farm
Yay, Julie and Twist! And Denise got scores on both Mick and Zeke - sounds like there's bragging rights for THAT on these sheep . . .

TotallyTerry
Okay, does the semi final round take the top 50 or the top 40? I hope it is the top 50 but with Julie's remark about the cutoff, it must be the top 40?

Debbie Crowder-BaaramuLuke
wow, and how about Christine and Rook?
Jennifer Glen
Christine is so awsome! I'm excited for her! I will be crossing my fingers that she gets to the double lift! This will make up for the Bluegrass for her. She had to wait all day to see if her score would keep her in the double lift and she got dropped off the leader board on the last dog! Wendy V
Okay, I'm confused.... I thought that they were letting in the top 17, but I count that 18 are on the running order for Sunday. If they are letting in 18, how did Mike Neary and Spot make it in over Dodie Green and Abby? Wendy V
Ah! The USBCHA website originally showed Mike Neary in the running order for today but his name has been taken off now. Got it. Wendy
TotallyTerry
Ah Wendy, I was hoping that was the case and you were not delusional. With the rest of Michigan at the finals, I was afraid that I would need to go and check on you to determine if you had truly lost your mind. Your pup sounds like he will be lots of fun for you. I would give you advice but since I have never started nor trained my own pups, I wouldn't even listen to me. (This directly correlates to the fact that all of my dogs turned out really well and have the scope to be open dogs.) I may talk the talk but sure can't walk the walk. Check with Kelly, I think she started your pup's cousins that young and Molly too.
Jennifer Glen
I just talked to Scott who was giving be a blow by blow of the last run (George almost won it all but was down to one sheep in the shed - he had the best outwork) and Amanda has won it.
