Betsy
I want to buy a wobble disc to help strengthen my dogs core. I see a bunch on Amazon, but they are marketed for people, not dogs. Are these okay? Or will they not hold up to toenails? Something like this: http://www.amazon.com/Stability-Cushion-Diameter-Balance-Included/dp/B007LX6MPG/ref=sr_1_1?s=sporting-goods&ie=UTF8&qid=1431445425&sr=1-1&keywords=wobble+disc+
gonetotervs
Mine have, and I have 70 lb. Terv as well as border collies.
Maralynn
I have a couple isokinetics (sp?) brand wobble cushions and they work just fine for my dogs
moosikins
I got a solid one because I thought her claws would tear this one, but I've actually found that it's too slippery for her to keep her paws on. I think I'm going to spray mine with some sort of textured coating.
Betsy
Thanks! Is 13-14" appropriate?
alligande
I have 2 that size, but my vet/physio recommended the larger 60cm ones as there is more you can use them for.

moosikins
16" seems a bit small for my timid 42 lb BC because she has a hard time moving all four paws closer together while balancing (with support because it's too slippery).
diane allen
I have one from FitPaws, and it has held up quite well. I'd be leery of others, but I know some folks have used them successfully. diane
