If I click on Messenger and read the PM the number next to Messenger decreases but the number next to "Inbox" does not change until I click on Inbox and look at the same message I read via Messenger. Mark I reported this issue to the Boards programmers--here's what they said: That's working as intended. Reading a PM does not change the state of a Notification.
