Betsy R. Posted October 11, 2006 Report Share Posted October 11, 2006 Hi, I saw this post and just had to reply !! I have been a Border Collie lover since I was 6 years old. Seing as I am 19 now it hasn't been that long but I am totally in awe of the breed. My dad gave me my first bc Jester on my 6th birthday, and I just recently got a puppy in June. Jester is now 13 and 1/2 and Tucker is six months today! I guess I never got a chance to consider any other breed b/c all I have ever known are BC's! Jester is retired from herding now, and I am hoping to start Tucker on sheep soon since herding other dogs just isn't cutting it for him! BC's Rule!
