Guest herbertholmes Posted October 19, 2005 Report Share Posted October 19, 2005 hello, It is time to start your nomination process for cattle and sheep dog finals judges. there is a form to be completed by the nominating person. Right now acopy of that appears with an article in The american border collie. Take note, this was a sample. the one thing that changed is the judges can work the finals every 3 years instead of five, as the form states. An updated version will be on the web sight shortly. Please make a copy and get this process started ,as we will be verifying the nominees thru the winter, voting on them in the late winter or early spring(sheep). Cattle has to be done in the next two months, by first of the year. The judges were paid $1500 total for the sheep dog trial in 05. Would am going to suggest a 15% raise for 06. Same will probably apply to the cattle judge. Again this has to meet BOD approval. Please send in your forms asap so we can get the process going.
