Everynow and then, esspecially when she gets excited or after eating sometimes..Dally will start making a sort of..almost choking sound, but it's not quite choking like.. Ugh this is hard to explain I ahve heard it before in Poms.. was told that it was something to do with the soft pallette opening too far between the nose and the mouth or something.. if it is the same thing..
