Grilling Smoke makes my dog starts whinning

I still don't know why does my dog hates the smell of smoke coming from the grill. Every time someone is grilling any kind of food my dog starts panicking and keeps on whining. I am just an ordinary pet owner with an ordinary dog. But it annoys me every time I hear his whining smelling something grilling.

This has a very easy solution. When you are grilling, put the dog into the house, in a room as far away from the grill as possible and position the grill so that smoke is carried away from the house on whatever breeze you have.. Clearly something about that smoke is making her very unhappy and it is up to you to protect her from things that upset her unnecessarily.
