Little Bo Boop
Just found your board, after a quick perusing, looks like lots o' good stuff here. I'm in Texas, have 2 BC's, just lost my older BC to cancer:(. I'm a novice handler, and with the help of my trainer, am starting my 2 youngsters. I have a 2yr. old male and a yearling female. My trainer loaned me 4 dog broke sheep and I/we are having a ball. I can't believe how addicting this is. Way too much fun. Anyway looking forward to getting lots of tips from the board. Sue R
Welcome! Best wishes on your training. If it was any more addictive, it would be illegal.

Miztiki
Welcome! What part of Texas are you in? I'm just outside of Houston.
Little Bo Boop
We're in La Vernia, which is just SE of San Antonio. It's kind of hard to find anything around here close by, for herding, most everything is North of here. My plan is to take both my dogs to a pre-novice class April 8th. It's in Helotes at the Scottish Highland festival, any of you Texans going? We've been working our butts off I'll be taking them out to my trainer on Sat. so he can evaluate our progress or lack there of LOL. Hey how do I post an avatar of my dogs?
