bc4ever Posted January 11, 2011 Report Share Posted January 11, 2011 Recently I've noticed a whole new rash of advertisements, television and print, with our favorite breed somewhere in the picture. It always gets my attention although I couldn't tell you what they were advertising--I'm too busy looking at the Border Collie. rushdoggie Posted January 11, 2011 Report Share Posted January 11, 2011 Border Collies are cute, flashy looking with the way they are usually marked and easy to train so they are a good choice for a commercial where they have to learn a silly trick. On one hand, its fun to see "your breed" on TV (you should see me when a Papillon makes it into a commercial), on the other I hate it when people see dogs on TV or the movies and make assumptions about how suitable they are for a pet.
