Paul Spiegel, Health Director, at the City of Oshkosh Health Services Division. 215 Church Ave., P.O. Box 1130, Oshkosh, WI 54903 - 1130 Comments can be mailed to him. It is not known if they will have a public comment meeting. It is rumored the board is afraid things will get "out of hand and heated." Thanks for your help.
