smileyzookie
Hey My neighbors (friend) husband got an antelope tonight. He has already saved the organs (heart, lungs (I think tripe)) and he's giving her rib meat and whatever else he wont use meat wise. So, I was gonna freeze it for 30 days. Is that long enough before feeding it?
WyoBC
I'm no help on the meat. But if you want more antelope meat come to Wy. They're everywhere here. Not to mention they're dumber than a box of rocks most of the time.
IronHorse
As long as your freezer is taking the meat down to 0 or below then 30 days should be fine. http://www.nal.usda.gov/awic/pubs/meatprey.pdf
