Kitch
Who is going to be at the trial in Cooperstown, NY on Friday? I was originally planning on being there all weekend, but I am working Dog Days on Sat anbd Sun now. Just wanted to know if I was going to meet anyone from the Boards... kelpiegirl
hi kitch: I would have liked to go- but it is too far, so, I am going to nebcr's dogdayze instead! Julie
juliepoudrier
Kerry, Keep your eye out for the set out guy, Tom Forrester of Strasburg, VA. He'll probably be using Pete (2005 National Nursery Cattledog Champion) to set sheep. Pete is Lark's grandsire and Twist's half brother. Gas prices are keeping me to trials closer to home, but I would bet that some members of this board, who don't post very often, will be there. J. Kitch
Julie P - I will definitely look for Tom and Pete. Thanks for the tip! Julie W - I like your back up plan! Stop by and say "hi". I'll be there both days - Saturday helping with the herding demo and Sunday doing a Rally demo (be afraid, be very afraid...) Debbie Crowder-BaaramuLuke
Pack a Pepsi and Oreo's (Or Chips Ahoy) for him (Tom) and you'll be inducted into the Fan Club. He's a great guy and fun to talk to. Tell him I said hi and ask him why didn't he get me that pen job up there.
Debbie Crowder-BaaramuLuke
OH...Lord help you, don't take up a Diet or Caffiene free Pepsi, of any kind of Coke. Won't do.
Jen Brett
Oh, man... My grandparents live in Cooperstown and I spent most of my summers there as a kid. I wish I had known about this so I could have planned to travel up there! Have fun! And if you have time, hit up Snyders Bakery on Main Street. They have fantastic gingerbread men cookies!
