brookcove
It's all very well to line up 10 or 100 homes ahead of time but I've seen many friends lose out and end up with "extra" pups, no matter how many deposits they've got in hand. Lots of people lose interest when they've got to wait and lots of things can happen to derail their commitment. The best way to make sure there are homes for your pups is to ensure that the breeding is so AWESOME, top AND bottom, that people jump up and down for joy when they find out you've bred your bitch. That may take a lot of exposure on the trial circuit but that's what it's all about, right? ------------------ Rebecca Brook Cove Farm, NC
