Sue R
I don't get into the "friend" thing here but there are a couple of old, inactive people that I "friended" and would like to remove, but I don't see that option. Any thoughts or advice on how to do that?
NCStarkey
Sue, I think that this might work for you: Go to your profile page Click on the "edit my profile" button on the top right of the page Uncheck the box beside "show my friends in my profile" Click on "save changes" at the bottom of that page Good luck...I hope that helps! nancy
sluj
I don't get into the "friend" thing here but there are a couple of old, inactive people that I "friended" and would like to remove, but I don't see that option. Any thoughts or advice on how to do that? I've yet to figure out what the "friend" feature on here is for, but when I checked the friends page, there were three icons next to each friend, and one of them is remove/add. For some reason, I only have the option to remove two of three listed friends, though.
Sue R
Interestingly, I found that on the friends page, I had five people listed - thanks to sluj, I clicked on the little button (I tried those buttons before but obviously it didn't register that that one was the "add" or "remove"). Four out of five came up as "remove" (so they were already added). One came up as "add" so that person isn't really a "friend" but just sitting there. On the profile page, I have a different list of friends, all of whom are friends in real life (from the old boards). Thanks for suggesting I look there, Nancy. Don't know why there is this function but didn't want to have people I don't know showing as my friends. As if that matters... Thank you both!
