Dixie_Girl Posted July 9, 2006 Report Share Posted July 9, 2006 I posted last week about taking Jackson and Cheyenne to the river and how he could not swim and liked to drowned his self. Well, yesterday, I took DH and the dogs again and as my DH is much braver about going in "wild" water than I, he went into the deeper part and soon had Jackson out there with him, and yes, Jackson did swim! He isn't too comfortable with not having his feet on solid ground, but he is way better than he was last week! To be sure, the new pup will have lots of exposure to swimming from the get!!
