I will be teaching a class on this and some soap making with wood ash lye and our loose browsing on indigenous brush, with dogs AT Snohomish county in WA state hosted by their cattlemens association. Should be pretty fun. I will bring some hides and we have a power point show as well. E-mail me soon and I will put you in touch with coordinator.
