Guest maya's mom
So this is probably not a big deal, but never dealt with it before, so thought I'd ask. It looks like the tip of Maya's nose is pretty red. More so than usual. We have been outside a lot, so I am thinking its a sunburn, since she really has no hair there, and you could always see her pink skin. Will this just fade on its own without issue? Doesn't seem to bother her even when I touch it. Just curious if something should be put on it, etc. Thanks!
Bo Peep
I think she'd just lick it off, unless you spray a little apple bitter on it also. Usher gets pink now and then. I don't worry about it. He's fine the next day, just his coloring. She sure is a beauty!!

RaisingRiver
2 of my white nosed BC get a wee bit of pink after hanging outside all day at our house - so some shade too (PacNW sun). But they are fine by the next day, repeat. However, if we were going to be somewhere all day sun exposed - or a more southernly climate where the sun is more intense, then I would apply sunscreen - and in fact it is a common thing. No special kind, though some brands are less likely to be licked and the colored ones are nice to see where you are putting it. I would just rub it and get waterproof
