Alaska Posted June 20, 2007 Report Share Posted June 20, 2007 It's been a while since we heard from Piper (her mom had a baby human -- that tends to happen), but I was listening to the news on radio yesterday and heard a great, dramatic rescue story that ended with a list of participants "...and Piper the search dog," so she's still on the job. The story has all the elements of a Southeast Alaskan rescue. Even though that's all you'll hear about Piper in the story, it's a great listen.
