juliepoudrier Posted March 30, 2007 Report Share Posted March 30, 2007 I would also add that the canned food often contains very low protein (a scan of the cans in my pantry, both cheaper and premium brands indicates minimum protein levels around 8 percent). I believe that kibble is probably more nutritionally complete, but haven't done the research to say I know it for a fact. Overall, I think you'd spend a lot more money feeding exclusively canned food than you would feeding kibble. I use canned exclusively as a top dressing foro kibble.
