Amy Posted March 28, 2003 Report Share Posted March 28, 2003 Okay what is it about babies and bad weather?? Our weather has been beautiful lately..warm sunny, nice breeze. I've had two ewes that looked like milk cows..they been hanging on to those babies for dear life. Well wouldn't you know it yesterday we had rain, tornadoes, lightning. In the middle of the worst of it one of the ewes decides it's time..With the wind blowing so hard the rain was coming sideways..lightning bouncing off the trees..she pops out twins.. The upside is she's a first time mom..had twins..both big and fiesty..went right to work like a seasoned mom AND their both ewe lambs..
