I'm so excited - I hadn't realized for some reason that it would make a grinder that was MORE powerful than my old Northern Tool model that died a year and a half ago. It's small so it's not quite as fast but it eats up hard veggies with no problem (that's what killed the old NT). Back to all homeade! It's nice that they came up with some reasonable substitutes when we needed them, however. The EVO in particular was a lifesaver and will be a terrific option for when we have farmsitters.
