Shoofly
Anyone have a good quick solution to a busted toenail? My Gael cut one of hers sort of horizontally yesterday and i need the little snot back on 4 feet and working asap. It's really tender. I soaked it in Epsom salts and put some superglue on it (don't think it helped much).
blackacre
Robin, Ideally, it needs to be cut off above the split or break and the end cauterized to prevent bleeding. Vet stuff I fear. I've tried cutting it myself as close as I dare and using superglue but it was a waste of time. Andrea
Shoofly
I think they'd have to take a pretty big chunk of the nail off. It's more like a slit along one side, near the underside of the nail. No bleeding so far. I guess i'll try wrapping the foot up real good and see how it holds up. I swear this dog is constantly getting wrapped up for something or put away for a couple of days to get better over something. Ah well! Thanks! blackacre
That's what they do. Are you trialing this weekend? I saw Jaffe's bro in VA. Amused to hear that he was a crate pisser too. Sorry we couldn't join up at Sam's, we'll do it yet. A.
