KevinK
Reading the previous post, you people have me worried. What are the symptoms of CEA? I have a 1 1/2 yr old female "companion" who loves to play ball, yet sometimes seems like she can't see it a foot in front of her. I've attributed it to just being frantic to find the ball, but now I'm worried. She never has trouble finding it in the air.
Guest PrairieFire
Kevin - go http://www.americanbordercollie.org/ and check out the "Health and Genetics" link to read about it. Then go to a Vet Opthamologist - and if you aren't planning on breeding your dog they DON'T have to be board certified - and get a check up - the check ups are usually only around $20-$30 and you'll be secure for a couple of years... ------------------ Bill Gary Kensmuir, Working Stockdog Center River Falls, WI 715.426.9877 www.kensmuir.com
KevinK
Thanks PrairieFire. I visited the site and it has some good info, although seems slanted to breeders.
