graymom Posted June 9, 2000 Report Share Posted June 9, 2000 I have a 12 week old BC pup named Cameron. So far he has been great and seems really smart. I grew up around sheep and we had a BC for 16 years. I now live in the suburbs and have 2 small kids (2 and 4) and not a sheep in sight. I want this dog to be active, and would appreciate any suggestions for good places to work with him in the Northwest Chicago suburbs. Also, we will be in Colorado this summer (Beaver Creek/Edwards area) and would consider taking him to some obedience classes out there in late July/early August. All suggestions welcome. Thanks! jogard Posted June 10, 2000 Report Share Posted June 10, 2000 We have just gone through beginning obedience at a great place in Crystal Lake called A+ Dog Training. We have a 5 year old BC. It was recommended by someone from Wisconsin and it worked great. We are going through advanced this summer and will go through agility after that. The classes are great and very reasonable.
