BCJames
I just got a beautiful 3 year old female BC named Sue. Sue has been to obedience training but I haven't. I don't know where I can get training. I live about 50 miles outside of Little Rock, AR. Does anyone know of a trainer in my area? Can someone recommend a good book on the subject? Can someone tell me a few of the basic commands and hand signals. I would appreciate any help. I am so excited about my new family member. We have a flock of sheep that I can't wait to get her started working with. Thanks agian for any suggestions. ------------------ Reeder Valley Livestock #11 Three Bears Lane Houston, AR 72070

JEL
Well....I like Vergil Holland's book - Herding Dogs, Progressive Training. there's nothing like being able to take lessons from a thoughtful and experienced trainer, but I think this book has alot of info packed into it.......
