Guest pax
And I am jumping out of my skin, my poor husband heard about sheep fencing our place the whole ride home. (Don't worry, I will go as slowly and as sensibly as I can : ) I was allowed to use one of the couple's semi-retired dog, and it was absolutely thrilling. I am so hooked. Debbie Crowder-BaaramuLuke
Try to get up to the trial in Berryville next weekend, look me up and I'll show you pen work-one of the finest ways to learn sheep. Hopefully the weather will be decent and the trial laid back and fun, lots of good people there. I know how you feel. It's truly infectious. Pipedream Farm
Celia, Starr says she had fun too; you should have seen her rolling on her back in satisfaction after she caught her breath. Mark
iLLt3cK
Tate had his first lesson this weekend as well. It was his "instinct" test and he proved that he was very keen to work the sheep! We adopted him 2 weeks ago and wanted to see what he would do right away and much to our surprise he is working out great It was a great experience had by both my g/f and I! Working on his down and working on my whistling for the next week or so before our next lesson ;D
