Star Posted March 22, 2011 Report Share Posted March 22, 2011 Hiking and camping in Caprock Canyon State Park last week. Star loves hiking and has become a good camper. We had strong winds one night and the tent was blowing over on us at intervals. This really scared her, so I called her over to me and we cuddled all night. I think even with the tent still blowing around, this was the best night ever for her--she did like those cuddles! Seven loves to hike and camp, too! She's such a steady dog, she barely even woke up with the tent flapping around! I worried that she'd wear out on our 7 mile hike, but she jogged along the entire way, as sure footed as a mule.
