I just saw where they busted a huge PM - 1,000 dogs. I think the DOA revoked their license. They had 10 people taking care of 1,000 dogs. I guess the dogs went to auction and now the rescuers are in there trying to see what they can do.

 

unfortunately MO's auction situation is bad. Often the PM'ers jack up the auction prices so the rescuers pay thru the nose to 'save' animals. they then don't bid when another PM is bidding unless they actually want the dog themselves. MO has a history of not working well with resuce in some cases. No good way to fix it. And as has been said, those under the radar will continue.
