He is short-haired, but is very wavy down his whole back. He was wearing a western style collar with a blue/white lead when he ran off during evening fireworks at the "Civil War Revisited" event in Kearney Park, 7160 W. Kearney Blvd., Fresno, Ca 93706-9520.
