Spaying Daisy

Hi Everyone,

I will be taking Daisy to be spayed the week of Thanksgiving and am just wondering if any of you have additional input on "laser surgery". I had to have some emergency surgery on my cat in September and the vet clinic that we went to uses a laser for surgeries. It was amazing how quickly she healed. I could barely see the incision after about a weeks time. I have been told that Daisy will only need about 5 - 7 days of limited activity compared to 10 - 14 days with traditional surgery.

Just want to make sure I make the best decision for my girl! I appreciate your thoughts and experiences.

I have no experience with laser surgery for spaying but I had laser done to remove a large lump on the hind quarters of my miniature schnauzer. He's 13. His recovery was amazingly quick. In fact, he went for a walk the next day!
