(And many thanks to Penny Tose for having served for the last few months!) We're delighted to have this year's National Finals winner Amanda Milliken as the new LittleHats expert. Amanda needs little introduction: she has successfully bred and trialed generations of Open winners, culminating in her win at this year's National Finals with her third-generation home bred and trained Bart.
