(That might involve her registering under a new name, since she can't access her password from where she is.) I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I'm sure that Penny is as well. You guys might try posting to the regular training forum--perhaps there are some handlers out there who aren't our official "expert" who might want to take a stab at answering.
