hillfarm
Just received a wonderful new dog a couple of weeks ago, a purebred young male whose owner had recently passed away. My neighbor was on his way to have the dog put down because he kept the female from the pair and didn't want the male when thank god something told him to stop at my house first, it was love at first sight! Colt is a tri-color male, brown eyed approx. 1 1/2 years, he was purchased out of Idaho by the woman and started on cattle. I have started him on sheep and he is a natural. Since he is an intact male I would like to find out more about his lines, unfortunately the estate had no idea where his papers were, just the general idea that he had been purchased in Idaho and brought here to So east Oregon. Any ideas on finding out how to trace his papers down?
Katelynn & Gang
I don't think there is much you can do unless you can contact the ladies family and see if they know where the dog came from (at least give you some kinda lead). Even then, the dog would need to be signed over to you (how that would work, I have no idea). Katelynn
Bo Peep
I live in Idaho. PM me. Maybe if I had a little more information I could help you. Like if the dog works, someone in our club here might know of him. Find out if the female has papers. Maybe they are related.
