Howdyjabo Posted April 29, 2005 Report Share Posted April 29, 2005 Yes they work well together But....... Don't get in unbroke mature horned does unless your dog is fully trained. Some of them have been the hardest and most dangerous animals my dogs have ever had to break to a dog. Get them younger 50lbs+ and raise them up with the dog. If you have trialing on sheep in mind...I have found that dogs work goats with a looser eye- goats have a narrower flight zone(after they are broke)and they don't have the same flocking intensity of sheep.
