karrie
This mama raccoon has been coming to my birdfeeder. Well, I've been putting extras out for her. Mostly just toss out extra bread and some apple slices. I'm hoping I'm wrong but I just saw a mama raccoon dead on the road between mine and the neighbors house. I haven't seen the babies yet. She has only been coming up for about a month. If it is her I hope the babies come up, otherwise finding them would be a needle in a haystack in my wooded area. I guess I will know tonight no need to get all worried till then. Thanks for listening.

karrie
5:30pm Mama Apple made her appearance. She ate her sliced apples, some grapes, 2 end pieces of bread, 1 hot dog and 2 day old french fries. The fries were orginally for the birds, Oh well they didn't finish them. Coloradogirl
Um, There is a picture that a lady at work has. Her MIL (mom in law) thought she was feeding 2 racoons, and took a picture at night of them coming up on the porch and when the picture got developed there was (and truely was I saw and counted the actual picture) 30 sets of eyes. Guess they invited some friends. We have a different problem right now. A racoon gave birth in the wall of the horse barn. I can hear them cooing, and scratching. So I knocked on the wall and was growled at. I think racoons are cute, but I sure dislike them ALOT!!!
