I can't -I'd assume a vet would have to. JUST KIDDING.

This one doesn't get really specific about diagnosing, it assumes you have already had a dilated eye exam by a Board-certified veterinary opthamologist. Our very own Doug the Dog has this problem, though it's not a problem really, being neither genetic, nor progressive (if we're careful not to allow him to overheat again), nor does it affect his vision.
