KrisinNM Posted July 22, 2004 Report Share Posted July 22, 2004 I have seen several posts about BCs playing with, attacking, destroying sprinkler systems. We had this problem with Katy, she would play with the water for hours and often break or mis-align the sprinkler heads. We solved it by setting up a rainbird that is "hers". It is in the middle of the yard well away from the main system. We showed it to her and told her not to touch the other ones. Problem solved. I'm getting pretty good at repairing his damage, but my husband keeps wondering why the hose doesn't reach as far as it used to. BanditandDaisy'sMom Posted August 12, 2004 Report Share Posted August 12, 2004 yeah if my dogs see any type of water at all it's gone they have done who knows how much ($$$$$$$) damage to the already expensive watering system and the 150ft water hose probably only reaches 25ft now. two other fun things to play with are extension cords and Direct TV Cables my dogs always seem to go with the expensive stuff before the thousands of toys they have!!!!!
