Though I have had three estimates done, I have not had my yard fenced yet, and there has been a delay due to administrative issues regarding the building permit (house is owned by family living elsewhere and I am waiting for their assistance with the permit). Hence, as much as I'd like to help, I cannot at this time. I did contact a reputable Border Collie rescue in the area, and I will email the shelter manager with a reminder of their contact information in the event they cannot place these dogs.
