Sue R
You may feel that Tex (and Loki) saved you - I am sure they feel the same way back at you. That kind of love won't die because it will always live on in your heart. Godspeed, Tex.

Jo&Tex
I took a photo of Tex this morning at 11am. He passed less than 2 hours later. I'm so grateful that he did not suffer.

I am so sorry you lost your friend. I know that disorienting feeling of looking at a picture where he was OK and then was gone just a moment later. Hang in there, and know many here are with you. KrisK
I was one of the fortunate people to have had the pleasure of meeting Tex. Had you not known, you would have been surprised to learn he was blind. His lack of vision never slowed him down. Tex was a special dog owned by a special person. He was and always will be that 'once in a lifetime dog". Tex joins a lot of his buddies at the Bridge.....You can run free Tex...no more long lines to keep you safe.. juliepoudrier
Godspeed Tex. There are lots of our wonderful and dearly missed companions to meet you at the bridge. Jo, That picture brought tears to my eyes. His expression is so reminsicent of my Boy's, who has been gone 2 1/2 years now. Tex knew so much love with you. I am grateful that he was peaceful at the end. J.
