borderfreak
When I started Bo on raw diet he would eat about everything I gave him. But over the time he' got very picky. He stopped eating much of the stuff he did and I don't even need to offer him something new. He rather starves for days than eating something he doesn't like. My concern is that he gets any deficiencies. This is what he still eats: Chicken carcass, chicken breast, chicken necks, chicken stomach, chicken hearts, turkey breast, turkey necks, beef goulash, beef heart, green tripe. He also often gets my leftovers like (I eat very healthy - light meat, veggies, fruits, etc.). Do you think that's still okay or will I need to do something about it? SS Cressa
When I started Bo on raw diet he would eat about everything I gave him. But over the time he' got very picky. I don't have any suggestions or advise. But my two are similar also. They both gotten way pickier about what they accept in raw form. No where as picky as your but... I never really worried about it too much. They both LOVE veggies, and fruits. Neither dog will eat(turn their nose up to): whole prey meal(fur and feathers included), any type of ribs, rabbit, and most birds(chicken/turkeys/ducks). Pork they eat but not with gusto. They both prefer green tripe, beef, mutton, and goat(sadly the more expensive meats). my two are 3 and 6. The 3 year old has been eating raw since 7 weeks old. The 6 year old has been eating raw since 2 years old.
