Star of the North SDT - 2010

The Star of the North SDT was held Oct 8th - 10th at Gale Woods farm in Minnetrista MN. Bill Berhow of Zamora CA handled the judging duties in his usual admirable fashion. The sheep were from Kevin Bailey's flock in Belle Plaine MN and many thanks to Kevin for his help, along with Laura Hicks, in setting sheep. The weather was near perfect with highs in the mid 80's Friday and Saturday and 75F on Sunday. Special thanks are due to Claudia and Maddie Mahon without whom the trial would not have gone as smoothly as it did, and to Tim Reese and the staff at Gale Woods for all of their help and cooperation.
