Pat W.
This past weekend Whim had lots of fun (sometimes way to much) and so did I Sat was 1st and Q Jumpers, and 1st and Q in Weavers. Sunday in the rain and muck not so much fun was had by mom LOL. We did have a very nice std run with 1 knocked bar so no Q but did place 3rd, and also NQ'd but placed 3rd in Touch and Go and Chances. In hoopers and tunnelers his brain just melted because mom couldn't run fast enough in the slop to get where she needed to be for him. Oh well not this weekend but next is USDAA and a shot at our AD title...YIKES!!! Whoops! sorrry thought I put this in the agility section...sorry
SS Cressa
Awesome!!! You sound like you a had fun weekend. I always hate when it rain since it soo much easy for the dogs to get injured. The table gets really slick and the contacts can become dangrously slick and the shute gets "glued" shut. Cressa laughs at the thought of going slow because of the rain. I tell Cressa to "go easy it raining" her responce is to look at me like I am crazy. Kinda of like "mom I don't care what the weather is it AGILITY! IS it my turn yet?!"
Pat W.
NADAC phased out the table, teeter and tire...I prefer USDAA but I train with a NADAC Judge sooo... ). The wide open courses just blow Whims mind and I just cannot even attempt to keep up with him in bad weather as he has two agility speeds 1) Stop - used on tables and contacts (I hope) and 2) Warp 9 used for everything that is not a a contact or table. Despite the knocked bar in the std run was wonderful, so was the weavers
