There are two links to BC clubs that offer herding in the area, and I would start there: http://www.ontariobordercollieclub.com/ http://www.canadianbordercollies.org/ Also, there are two USBCHA officers listed for that district. Although neither is located in NB, they could probably provide you with some names of herding instructors in NB.
